THE VISION
THE STRATEGY
While this larger vision is ambitious and inclusive, the specific actions which lead to it are discrete. This decentralized approach allows multiple diverse actors to implement specific projects according to their own objectives, while collectively achieving a larger public good.

ACTORS + AGENTS
Reviving the central waterfront will take an effort by all of us: businesses, public officials, nonprofit agencies, community associations, media, transportation providers, freight movers, and the city, state and federal governments. Most essential, though, is the participation of the private citizen, for with an informed and energized citizenry, it is the will of the public that will be done.
